1. Order Processing:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may be delayed slightly. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery timeframes:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages:
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items for claim purposes.
7. Missing or Lost Packages:
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier for investigation. We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund will be issued for the order amount minus return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@coffeeshima.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle such issues on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
